The April Tulip Festival draws more than 100,000 visitors and is one of the busiest weekends in the region — book transportation early for that window. Charter bus and motorcoach drop-off is at the main Thanksgiving Point Drive entrance, with dedicated bus parking in the east overflow lot off Thanksgiving Way.

Rio Tinto Kennecott Visitor Experience
The Rio Tinto Kennecott Visitor Experience sits about 8 miles southwest of South Jordan via Bangerter Highway and offers a stunning overlook of one of the world's largest open-pit copper mines — more than 2.5 miles wide and nearly a mile deep. The site operates seasonally, April through October, daily from 9:30am to 2:30pm, with shuttles to the overlook departing every 30 minutes. Delta Center is home to the Utah Jazz (NBA), with a capacity of approximately 18,000. It's about 22 miles north of South Jordan via I-15 — a drive that turns into a serious traffic challenge on Jazz game nights, especially during the PM peak. Charter bus drop-off is along West Temple or 300 West near the arena; buses typically stage in nearby surface lots.
The TRAX Arena Station sits directly adjacent to the building. Parking runs $15–$40 depending on the event, and arriving 90 minutes to two hours early is strongly recommended for large groups.
